Course summary

Leadership, Organisations and Behaviour contributes to the full range of Henley Business School's offering, including undergraduate and postgraduate Masters programmes, the world-renowned Henley MBA and its executive programmes. We also provide PhD opportunities and funding for high quality doctoral candidates from all over the world, wanting to conduct full-time postgraduate research in Leadership, Organisations and Behaviour. In addition, we provide a highly sought after DBA programme for those in employment at senior positions.

Home to several research centres, the department has stood at the forefront of teaching and research and continues to help define the research agenda in the fields of: leadership, entrepreneurship, knowledge management, human resources and social and organisational studies.
