Are you 21 or older and interested in business, management, tourism, or hospitality? If you lack the Level 3 qualifications for a degree, our Return to Study programme can get you ready for higher education.
Our fast-track Return to Study Entry programme is delivered part-time over four weeks. The course prepares you to apply for a relevant degree programme starting in September 2024.
We are passionate about making sure education is accessible for everyone and want to help you reach your goals. Consider our Return to Study programme if you're over 21 and want to develop your skills and experience working in business.
If you want a change of career but don't have the entry qualifications then this programme is for you. We'll help you develop the knowledge and skills needed to help apply for a degree programme starting in September 2024. Studying at degree level may seem daunting, we'll help to break down the jargon and introduce you to the skills you need for academic study:

This course will help you to refresh your learning skills and build your self-confidence. It will also provide subject introductions to the full range of business-related degrees delivered by the University of Central Lancashire.
Our part time Return to Study Entry programme runs over four weeks. You'll get a taster of university study through a combination of face to face, online sessions as well as self-guided study. The first session will be a full day on our Preston Campus from 10am – 4pm. After that, sessions run on Wednesdays 1pm – 5pm via online delivery. The programme will begin with an on-campus session where you will meet the course team, our student ambassadors and tour the campus.
