How to get to your awards badges
1. Go to
2. If you already have login details for My IDP Connect, click the SIGN IN button in the top right-hand corner, enter your credentials, and proceed to step 5. If you don鈥檛 have login details, click the JOIN button in the top right-hand corner and complete the registration form.
3. When you come to the 鈥楴ame of institution鈥� field, start typing the name of your institution. If it's already registered, it'll appear in the dropdown for you to select.
How to download your badges
4. Once you've submitted your details, you'll get an email telling you that your registration is awaiting approval. Requests to access existing institutions are approved by the designated administrator for your institution. If you don't receive confirmation of your registration being approved within two working days, please get in touch at data@idp-connect.com.
5. Once you've logged in, you'll see the My IDP Connect homepage for your institution. Scroll down the page until you see the Resources section. Here you will find the pod below, click on it to begin your download.
6. A zip file will then download that looks like this:
The folder contains all your badges by region and subject in EPS, PDF, PNG, and SVG formats.
The Excel Worksheet contains embed links for for each of your award badges
Using the award badges
Files
Where and how you place your badges on your website or in printed materials is up to you. However, we ask that if you publish the badges in print that you also include the URL www.thecompleteuniversityguide.co.uk, and if you publish online that you include the URL provided for each badge.
Embed links
Simply copy and paste the embed link into your desired pages HTML
and it will show up on the page and link back to the corresponding league table, like the one below!
Linking your badges back to our trusted league tables lets visitors to your website see your progress and verify your award.
