VFX has become an integral part of the production process for film, television and advertising. On this course, you鈥檒l explore the VFX industry for moving image products while developing the skills required of a VFX artist across a range of disciplines. Study this visual effects degree and you鈥檒l explore the VFX industry for moving image products whilst developing the skills required of a VFX specialist. You鈥檒l have the opportunity to explore the different areas through studio practice, as well as academic research and study. By the end of the course you鈥檒l have developed a strong portfolio of VFX work, tailored to your own career aspirations.On this course you鈥檒l be working on industry-standard software, such as NUKE 鈥� which has been used throughout the development of award-winning movies like Star Wars and The Avengers.On this course, you'll study in our brand new 拢9.1 million digital media hub - Confetti HQ - and have access to:Industry Spec Workstation PCsIndustry-standard digital film cameras and lightsBookable Green Screen studio spaceProfessional Studio facilitiesSpecialist Software including:Autodesk Suite (Maya, Motion Builder &Mudbox),Nuke, Mari and ModoAdobe Creative Suite,Zbrush, Quixel 2,Wacom Cintiq 13HD Touch Tablet
