Course summary

Explore relationships between nutrition and physical performance with our inter-disciplinary Sport and Exercise Nutrition degree. You will develop solid foundations in theory and practical skills, covering topics like- macronutrients and micronutrients, social psychology, physiology. Our four-year degree programmes (including a foundation year) provide an alternative route to undergraduate study at university if you do not have the grades to access higher education in the traditional way.
