Course Overview

The HND Public Services is a Full-time Higher Education/training course designed for students who are interested in working into the Public Services. The course allows the student to develop knowledge and understanding of the Public Services from both uniformed and non-uniformed prospective.

Assessment

Students will learn - via a series of lectures visits seminars tutorials essential to the course.

Assessment takes place via assignments, Observation鈥檚 presentations and portfolios and a final year dissertation

Career

The recognised progression route is onto the third year of a relevant public service BA honours degree in Public Services.

Graduates have employment prospects in the Public Services related disciplines, including the Police, Fire Service, Prison Service, Local Government, NHS Ambulance Services and the Military.
