Course summary
Overview
Are you looking for a career change or to develop your career? Are you considering a move into management? In today’s globally connected environment, a manager’s practice needs to be ethically based and culturally sensitive.
The Postgraduate Certificate in Business Administration provides you with the opportunity to gain the award in as little as two semesters but with the flexibility to take longer to fit around your life. You can study at your own pace and at a time which suits you, with a dedicated support team and online facilitators to help you every step of the way.
As part of this degree, you will investigate how management practice relates to wider societal, ethical and intercultural issues. You will consider the need for responsible, ethical and culturally sensitive practices in today’s global economy and the challenges this can present. The course will explore the wider external consequences of actions and decisions taken within the organisation, to develop your responsible management practice and help you climb the career ladder.
