Course summary
Examine human movement from a biomechanical perspective and learn how to apply this to performance, health, and injury on this masters course. As part of this course, youll:
- Be taught at one of the largest providers of sport in UK higher education
- Apply the principles of biomechanics to support and enhance your understanding of human movement and injury
- Examine the function and movement of the human body through laboratory data collection 鈥� employing cutting-edge technology such as 3D motion analysis, dynamometry and in-depth analysis of the neuromuscular system
- Critically assess and learn how to apply theories, methodologies and research findings to future research and practice
- Develop empirical rigour in identifying solutions to complex problems
