Master the art and science of professional marketing that drives the success of every business and brand.
Course overview
This focused degree equips you with the technical skills and knowledge of a marketing professional. You'll be trained to use them in real-world situations, so that you are ready to make an immediate impact in your career.
You will study a course designed and delivered with the active participation of the industry. You will learn academic theory in depth, and apply it to the real world.
This translates into a valuable year-long work placement; modules enriched with live case studies and consultancy projects; and skills training designed to meet the latest marketing trends.
Through a flexible mix of core and optional modules, you will cover key topics such as strategic marketing, digital business, and consumer behaviour.
Professional accreditation
This degree is accredited by the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM). It is also accredited by the Institute of Data and Marketing (IDM) allowing you to gain a professionally recognised qualification.
Teaching methods
You will be taught through lectures, seminars, hackathons and webinars, often enhanced with innovative technology that allows you to participate in instant anonymous polls and comprehension tests.
You will also benefit from our investment in specialist simulation software, which brings your learning to life by putting you in charge of a virtual company.
Your future
This degree offers you a shortcut to gaining a professional qualification from the Chartered Institute of Marketing and the Institute of Digital Marketing by exempting you from some of their study requirements.
It also equips you for a successful career on both the agency and client-side of marketing, advertising and public relations.
