Academy of Play and Child Psychotherapy (APAC) are delighted to offer the MA in Practice Based Play Therapy 鈥� a part-time 4-year course in partnership with the University of Chichester. This course is offered with MA, PgDip and PgCert awards. On successful completion of the course, you will become a fully qualified, Play Therapy UK (PTUK) registered, Professional Standards Authority (PSA) accredited, Integrative Holistic Play Therapist. APAC Play Therapy Training is the largest, most experienced and dedicated Creative Arts and Play Therapy Training organisation in the world. APAC offers the Integrative Holistic Model of Play Therapy, which is uniquely validated through excellent clinical outcomes. This model provides a solid foundation for preparing students with the knowledge, skills and experience to work therapeutically with children, young people and adults using play and creativity. The program offers an in-depth curriculum that covers both theoretical foundations and practical applications of play therapy. Students will engage in a variety of hands-on experiences, including supervised clinical practice, to develop their skills in working with children and families. The course is accredited by leading professional bodies in the field of play therapy, ensuring that graduates meet the high standards required for certification and professional practice. This recognition enhances employability and provides a clear pathway to becoming a licensed play therapist.
