Course summary

On our NCTJ-accredited multi-platform course you will develop the skillset required for a journalism career including reporting, digital production, feature writing and shorthand.In addition to your degree, you will take the National Council for the Training of Journalists (NCTJ) Diploma in Journalism, a recognised qualification for professional practice.You will learn from media professionals and academics and use our industry-standard facilities, which include a newsroom with live news and sports feeds, and sound, filming and editing equipment.You will benefit from lectures and masterclasses with industry experts, field trips, a placement and publish your work on our student-run platforms from day one.
