Course summary
Global commercial transactions are becoming more complex, posing new legal challenges.
On this course, you鈥檒l:
鈥�look at the law in a commercial setting
鈥�learn to resolve business disputes between or among transnational parties through the use of arbitrators and through courts
鈥�explore the legal framework governing commercial activities and cross-border transactions
鈥�develop the practical skills needed to act as a legal adviser during international commercial transactions
鈥�learn to assess cutting-edge scenarios and recent reforms in international commercial law.
