Course summary

Why Events Management (with placement)?

Our Events Management degree prepares you for a successful career, as you gain experience designing and delivering events for external clients. You’ll be able to tailor your degree to your own interests and ambitions, specialising in business, sports, celebratory or music events. With the opportunity for field trips to locations such as the USA (additional costs may apply, see course web page for details) and work placements with renowned organisations like Concert Live, the Natural History Museum, Silverstone and BMW, our graduates stand out from the competition. The course benefits from accreditation with the Institute of Hospitality and our membership of the Association for Events Management Education. Students are also able to take advantage of industry-standard software and our unrivalled location in the festival county of Gloucestershire, as they learn to manage events on all scales.
