Immerse yourself in the exciting world of computing and software engineering with a degree that specialises in the techniques you’ll need to design, develop and deploy software that enhances the world around us.In this British Computer Society-accredited degree, you’ll develop skills in a range of areas including coding and agile methods. You can also specialise in the areas that interest you the most as you work towards delivering a major individual software project.You’ll practice your skills in our high-tech facilities, as well as having the option to take part in a placement year or compete in international events in a degree designed to prepare you for success in your career.Plus, you’ll embed your new knowledge in a year-long industry placement, gaining hands-on experience and professional connections that set you apart in the job market. Our students have completed placements with top companies like Unity, Black Marble,Network Rail, IBM, HO, and Nestlé.
