Course summary

The best HR professionals have an in depth understanding of how organisations operate and what the business objectives are, helping them advise employees and partners with the business.

On this course well help you explore the latest thinking in the subject, starting with first principles of managing people, analysing information and understanding behaviour. From there, youll expand into topics like managing across cultures and leading change. In your final year, youll also be able to pick your own subject as a research topic.

With organisational planning, strategy, and competitive positioning, youll have insights into what it takes to succeed. Youll also develop your personal skills. We want to help you achieve your ambitions and become an early-career professional.
