Our BA (Hons) Business Management (People and Culture) with Foundation Year will introduce you to the principles and practice of successful HR functions, but without the traditional and outdated concept of the employee as a commodity for business success. The course begins by helping you develop broad knowledge in key areas of business management, including managing people and an introduction to how modern organisations function. You’ll then explore subjects covering the development of high performance teams, talent management, rewarding performance, people analytics, and other key areas that you’ll find indispensable in the workplace well-established principles of Human Resources Management, while developing professional level skills that will help you get the job you want – as well as sound knowledge of the general business environment. This course awards the IOEE Professional Diploma in Enterprise and Entrepreneurship.
